: Create a myNAATI Account

• Visit: https://my.naati.com.au
• Click on 'Sign Up' if you don't have an account
• Fill in your personal details
• Verify your email address

: Log In and Start Application

• Log in to myNAATI with your credentials
• Click "Apply" and select "CCL Test"
• Fill out the application form
• Select language (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Mandarin, etc.)
• Upload a clear passport-sized photo
• Upload a valid photo ID (Passport or Australian Driver's License)
• Fill in nationality, visa status, and address details

: Make Payment

• Pay the CCL test fee (currently $814 AUD as of 2025)
• Use a valid credit/debit card to make the payment
• Save the receipt for your records (optional but recommended)

Step 4: Wait for Application Approval

• NAATI reviews your application (usually takes 3-5 business days)
• You will receive an approval email once accepted

: Book Your Test Date

• After approval, log in to your myNAATI account
• Go to "My Applications" → Select your CCL application
• Click "Book Test"
• Choose:
  • Date and Time (based on availability)
  • Test Mode: Online

Repeats

• You are able to repeat segment before you begin speaking. To do this, click on the New Attempt Button New Attempt and then Finished Attempt Button Finished Attempt again. You are permitted to repeat one segment per dialogue without penalit. Any additional repeats may be penalized by the examiner.

Correction

• You are allowed one correction without penalty per dialogue. There are two dialogues in the test; which means each dialogue you have one correction without penalty. Any additional dialogue will be penalized by the examiner.
