We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will always include the date of a new version so that you know when there has been a change.

Cancellation and Refund policy

Digital Goods are given their unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods. When it comes to digital goods, there isn’t any buyer or seller protection on them. This is the same for any virtual item purchased. Due to this, you won’t be eligible to claims any refund through third-party payments providers (like Stripe etc).

Each purchased exam has a validity of 180 days from the date of purchase. If you won’t be able to use it, it can’t be reissued. Once payment made, can NOT be redeemed nor your exam will be forfeited. It’s up to you if you want to go for it or not.

We don’t offer refunds once the exam purchase is made. Once you made a cancellation, your account access will be revoked and you will not be allowed to perform any task. It is your responsibility to complete the given exam within your expiry date.

One Attempt for sectional and feedback test can be made only in which pause and resume is allowed for as many times as needed. One complete single attempt for Score Test is required to receive an analysis report and a scorecard. You cannot save and exit Score Test. The unsaved random exit will be not renewed on our part

The result provided by the Check PTE is given to test your ability. This result will not be valid for any immigration purpose. Check PTE does not guarantee the marks you obtained at our platform will be the same as PTE actual exam. However, you can test your skills by practising at our platform.

In general conditions result will be out within the given time (It can be altered if there is technical glitches in the system).
